IVS warrants its industrial electronic repairs and reconditioned industrial electronic equipment to function correctly for a period of one year in-service. This warranty covers materials and workmanship provided by IVS and is subject to IVS’ standard terms and conditions. Warranties will not apply to units that have been; in IVS’ sole judgment, misapplied, abused, overloaded or tampered with in any way, and does not imply suitability for intended purpose. Industrial electronics include Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC), Weld Controls, Robot Controllers, Timers, and AC/DC Drives, and associated or auxiliary equipment. 

IVS shall not be held liable for any damages, including, but not limited to, any special, direct or indirect, incidental, exemplary, or consequential damages, expense, business interruption, lost profits, savings, business information, or any other damages arising out of, any repair services or remanufactured goods of IVS. Warrantied units will be repaired or replaced at the discretion of IVS.  If the warrantied unit cannot be repaired, it is IVS’ option to return fees paid.
